This is the most complex garden in the Domaine.
It has been created esentially around a citrus fruit orchard whilst offering very diverse spaces and possibilities.
The entrance is emphasised by fescue and low, bluetinted grasses that lead to a cluster of date palms.
The citrus orchard is planted opposite the house’s sitting room and it provides an exceptional view fro the patio around the pool. Further on, a “second garden” can be found behind two low walls offering a distant
patio in the cool shade of olive trees.

Jnan Warda enjoys a particularly mixed design. A row of roses and wild fennel emphasise a large lawn around the main terrace.
Olive trees define the main geometry of the garden.
Two fiddlewoods, with their peculiar crowns, mark the entrance to the villa.
The verticality of date palms mark distinctive areas within the garden, near the pool or behind the house.

The flamboyants add a warm and festive tonality.
A large orchard of fig trees is planted at the “bottom of the garden” creating a vast and generous space, a singular shadowed area filled with the sweet mildness of late summer figs.

The entrance stages up a dense plantation of bamboos with thier shining culms; one passes throughthem to reach the entrance to the villa.
In front of the pool, an ornamental agave sits at the centre of a square of white gravel. Olive trees provide their gentle shade.
At the rear, a simple square of lawn becomes a private garden for the second bedroom under the cool shade of a large chinaberry.

The atmosphere is deliberately agricultural. Villa M1 is highly emblematic of the Domaine. The architecture incorporates the olive trees that are predominant here. They traverse the house, forming a veritable olive grove.
Two large mulberry trees cast their shade over two “corners” of the garden.
Date palms join-in to rest near the entrance or to create a distinctive view in alignement with the pool.
The entrance consists of bamboo hedges and a row of agaves.

This garden is particularly generous offering numerous possibilities, different uses. The house is much at one with it. Emblematic almond trees come together to form an orchard that provides an exceptional view out of the living room.
Olive trees scattered across the garden cast pools of gentle shade. A handsome single olive tree stands on the villa’s central patio while date palms line the entrance.

Here, the garden is all about sassy and fleshy plants. The entrance to Jnan Karmouss displays “square” patches of succulents and cacti. The central patio creates an attractive tableau of ornamental plants. In front of the pool, a lawn lies in the shade of an olive tree alley planted in the bare earth. A large date palm guards the entrance to the house. Bunches of bamboo accentuate the villa’s interior.
